Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an RN Nurse Educator at Acute Home Healthcare in Orlando, FL. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing education and training to our clinicians.
responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Orientation/Training Presentation for New Hires
- Ongoing Staff Reviews (In-Services)
- Supervising & Training Field Nurses (as needed)
- Maintain Training Records
- Update Training Material Based on Evidence-Based Practices and Stay Up-To-Date on Industry Changes, Regulations, and Guidelines
Qualifications
- Patient Education, Care Planning, and Progress Monitoring skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Geriatric Care and Home Healthcare
- Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and Standards
- RN license in the state of Florida
