As the Maintenance and Materials Technician at Acute Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical facility, supplies and linens.

Qualifications :
- Functional literacy in English is required.
- Knowledge of building codes and rules / regulations operating plant equipment.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Compliance of OSHA and safety requirements.
- Physical ability to lift / carry / operate equipment and supplies is necessary.
- One year experience in institutional maintenance preferred.
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
