Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with the improvement of policies and processes to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
· Assist with strategic improvement initiatives within the organization to improve key features such as quality, delivery, cost, and safety.
· Assist in monitoring existing processes to ensure optimal levels of performance efficiency.
Key Roles
· Collaborate with the continuous improvement team to identify areas of potential improvement and develop improved policies to enhance productivity.
· Share potential process improvements and lessons learned from projects with the continuous improvement team.
· Assist in compiling and analyzing data inputs to develop data driven improvement opportunities.
· Support continuous improvement team in mission to improve policies across the organization to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
· Eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to make timely and efficient decisions.
· Ability to collaborate as part of the continuous improvement team.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge preferred but not required in technical language such as C# and SQL, as well as data analysis.
