Summary
The Service Sales Representative is responsible for assisting the territory Sales Specialist in increasing the volume of compliant and profitable lab specimens in the designated territory through ongoing account management, increasing business in existing accounts, and development of new business.
Responsibilities
- Become familiar with and always adhere to compliance standards. * * Assist in meeting and exceeding territory volume growth objectives by maintaining and servicing relationships with existing clients, assisting in the development of new accounts, and increasing business in existing accounts.
- Understand the account’s workflow and train staff on established and new procedures. * * Utilize prospecting data and assist in setting qualified appointments within territory. * * Plan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basis.
- Present Acutis’ products and services to prospective clients * Assist in closing new business. * * Ongoing pipeline development including growing existing accounts, referrals, and cold calling. * * Communicate with internal teams and develop productive working relationships with lab, billing, and clinical support team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with clinical toxicology or related fields is a plus but not required.
