What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit & Portfolio Analyst II- Capital Operations position at ACV Auctions?
What you will do :
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Review and assess floorplan accounts for potential risk by utilizing rubric according to business score, credit score, and other varying factors. Use systems to gather data and metrics to support assessments.
- Prepare, review, and submit documents required to secure floorplan accounts, including PMSI and UCC filings.
- Develop and implement solutions for continuous improvement in analysis, auditing, and managing risk related to floorplan portfolios.
- Maintain knowledge of financial best practices and federal, state, and local regulations as they apply to Floorplans and financing.
- Collect on daily NSF accounts. Prepare demand for payment letters on default accounts.
- Review and assess audit findings. Make recommendations for correction and risk mitigation.
- Submit default accounts to third-party collection agencies and / or to the Auction Insurance Agency.
- Gather and distill data to provide analysis of risk exposure and mitigation to management and internal stakeholders.
- Verify dealer documentation accuracy, including financial statements and supplemental records necessary for filing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
