What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Specialist position at ACV Auctions?
What you will do :
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Dispatch assignments to field staff. Coordinate inspection services between internal and external customers.
- Utilize systems to coordinate services and streamline logistics operations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Reapportion and monitor assignments based on time, distance, and inspection type analytics.
- Partner with the Field Analysts to optimize inspector utilization.
- Confer with internal / external customers to resolve issues, answer requests, and provide ETAs and updates.
- Review various reports to ensure service level agreements are handled competently and efficiently.
- Build and maintain customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization. Provide excellent service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need :
Compensation : $21.00 per hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
