Who we are looking for:
This role requires an experienced engineer with a proficiency in performance testing and optimization methodologies within the Kubernetes ecosystem. You excel at taking ownership of performance challenges, proactively identifying issues, and designing and implementing automated testing and monitoring solutions to ensure optimal scalability and peak application performance.

Lead performance testing efforts for complex projects.
Develop and maintain testing tools and scripts to streamline assessments.
Collaborate with developers and engineers to resolve performance challenges.
Stay current with cutting-edge methodologies and tools to ensure effectiveness.
What you will need:
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or proven equivalence.
2-4 years’ experience in software testing or related roles
3-5 years’ experience in performance engineering or a related field.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
Experience designing and executing performance tests for microservices and containerized applications.
Proficiency in performance frameworks like k6 and/or experience with similar tools.
Ability to analyze performance data and identify bottlenecks.
Experience collaborating with developers and other engineers to resolve performance issues.
Proven ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines. #LI-RG1
Compensation: $78,000.00 - $97,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
