Job Summary: As a Verizon Customer Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting Verizon’s products and services. You will be integral in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information regarding services, billing, and technical issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Educate customers about Verizon’s products and services, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
