Verizon Client Relations Associate Responsibilities:

• Act as the face and voice of our clients brand within the local community and educate prospective customers on its values and initiatives
• Assist with the day to day responsibilities of our outreach campaigns with the goal of engaging as many prospective customers as possible
• Educate prospective customers about Verizon's brand, products and services
• Interact with potential customers, initiating conversations and building rapport with the goal of signing up new customers
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients and their current campaigns
