JOB DESCRIPTION
Clinical Director
LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Position Summary: The Clinical Director supervises the clinical component of the outpatient detox for a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder. The primary goals of the Clinical Director role are to:
1. Support the treatment program's goal to maintain exceptional standard of care and integrity.
2. Promote use of best practices, staff competency, and quality of care provided.
3. Confers with staff regularly regarding techniques used, client progress, present clinical issues, and related matters in order to evaluate clinical staff and promote professional development.
4. Personally performs a variety of direct clinical, treatment, and outreach services including but not limited to individual therapy, intake assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning.
5. Ensures compliance with related federal, state and local regulations, as well as departmental policies and procedures.
6. Assists the CEO with policy improvement, program development, staff training, and evaluation activities.

- Ability to collaborate with other members of the clinical and medical team to promote comprehensive, quality care for clients
- Ethical Decision-Making
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to patients in crisis
- CPR/first aid certified.
- Criminal background check.

- Verification of previous employment via professional references.
- Valid driver’s license; Independent, reliable transportation.
- Completion of continued education and trainings for maintained licensure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
