As a Case Manager at Ad Astra, you'll earn competitive hourly pay between $30 and $45, along with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement to support your travel. We'll equip you with a company-issued laptop and phone, and for those on the path to becoming a BCBA, we provide BACB supervision hours and dedicated mentorship to help you grow. The Role:
In this position, you'll work directly with clients to help them build meaningful, lasting life skills. Under the guidance of experienced BCBAs, you'll help implement behavior support plans, conduct parent consultations, and train RBTs to deliver consistent, effective service. You'll also manage session documentation, ensure accurate data collection, and collaborate with families and other professionals to encourage steady growth. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about creating positive behavioral change and committed to making a real difference in others' lives.

Requirements:

Active QASP or BCaBA credential

Master's degree (or actively pursuing one) in a related field

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both families and team members

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active during sessions

Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, negative TB test, and DOJ/FBI clearance
