Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families. As a BCBA, you will design and oversee personalized behavior intervention plans, provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to promote progress and success. You'll also have opportunities to develop training programs, evaluate staff performance, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture. Participation in IEP and IFSP meetings may be required to advocate for clients and ensure service continuity.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree and current BCBA certification (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Spanish speaking is valued but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
