What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services?
We are looking for a driven and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about improving the lives of children with autism and related disorders. At Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services, we leverage years of experience to support children, their families, and the broader community. As a BCBA on our team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing customized ABA treatment plans, leading and mentoring clinical teams, consulting with families and other professionals, conducting assessments, writing progress reports, and participating in IEP or IFSP meetings when needed. Additionally, as you grow within the company, you will have the chance to create specialized training programs, assess staff performance, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance our mission and values.
This full-time position in Albuquerque, NM, offers a competitive pay range of $50-$65 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement. Perks include paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and company-provided resources such as a phone and laptop. The role requires local travel to deliver in-home clinical supervision of ABA therapy services.
