What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services?
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism and related disorders. At Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services, we bring years of expertise and focus on enriching the lives of children, their families and their communities. As a BCBA with Ad Astra, you will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, supervise and mentor treatment teams, consult with families and other professionals, conduct assessments and write progress reports, and attend IEP or IFSP meetings when necessary. You will also have the opportunity to develop specialized training programs, evaluate staff performance, and collaborate with team members to advance our mission and culture.
This full-time role, offers a competitive hourly rate of $50-$65, flexible scheduling, and professional growth opportunities. You will enjoy paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and company-provided tools like a phone and laptop. The position requires local travel to provide in-home clinical supervision of ABA therapy services.
