What are the responsibilities and job description for the QASP Credentialed ABA Case Manager position at Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services?
Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is dedicated to empowering individuals through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We're looking for motivated Case Managers to join our team. This role offers competitive pay ($30-$45/hour), mileage reimbursement, and paid travel time. You'll have access to company-provided tools, including a laptop and cell phone, and opportunities for career advancement, such as supervised BACB hours and mentorship toward BCBA roles.
As a Case Manager, you will implement treatment plans under the guidance of experienced BCBAs, conduct parent consultations, and provide training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your work will involve data collection, session documentation, and collaborating with families and professionals. By using creative and research-based teaching strategies, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while fostering a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Active QASP-C credential and master's degree (or enrollment in an ABA graduate program with 12 units).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain various postures during sessions.
- Reliable transportation, a negative TB test, and FBI/DOJ clearance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
