Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads from diverse sources to create new opportunities.
  • Recommend personalized Allstate insurance solutions that meet the needs of customers and protect their assets.
  • Serve your local community by providing guidance on safeguarding their families and property.
  • Educate prospective customers on the value of insurance products and services.
  • Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience in every interaction.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for sales and helping others prior sales experience is a plus.
  • No prior insurance experience required, but a willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health licenses upon hire (existing licenses are a bonus!).
  • Licensing assistance available.
  • Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and following up effectively.
