Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads from diverse sources to create new opportunities.
- Recommend personalized Allstate insurance solutions that meet the needs of customers and protect their assets.
- Serve your local community by providing guidance on safeguarding their families and property.
- Educate prospective customers on the value of insurance products and services.
- Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience in every interaction.
Requirements
- A strong passion for sales and helping others prior sales experience is a plus.
- No prior insurance experience required, but a willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses upon hire (existing licenses are a bonus!).
- Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and following up effectively.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
