As a delivery driver for our FedEx Contracted Service Provider (CSP), you’ll be out on the road solo, staying active, meeting your delivery goals, and jamming out to your favorite tunes. Once you're trained, you'll have the freedom to set your own pace, as long as you stick to your delivery timelines.

• Team Player: Be available for the full shift—and ready to pitch in if something goes wrong or routes need extra help.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Packages: Safely and efficiently deliver packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route.
• Meet Timelines: You’ve got deadlines to hit, so stay on track and ensure deliveries are made on time.
• Organizing Your Day: Load, organize, and unload your van to stay efficient and on schedule.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service by making sure packages are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Staying Active: This is a physical, fast-paced job where you’ll be moving, lifting, and staying on your feet.
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while driving.
• Tech-Savvy: Use handheld devices to scan and track packages as you go.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Age: Must be 21 or older.
• Background: Must have a Clean Record and Pass a Background check
• License & Driving: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Stamina: Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and scanning devices to track packages.
• Good Vibes: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience: No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
• Drug Testing: Must pass a drug test as part of the hiring process. Random drug tests will also be conducted during your employment.

Work Schedule:

• Option 1: Saturday-Only Schedule – Work Saturday only each week.
• Option 2: 2 - 4 Days a Week Schedule – Work 2 - 4 days a week, with Saturdays and Mondays being mandatory. The other days will vary based on need.
