Summary
We’re growing and so are our clients! We are looking for a creative and driven videographer and editor to join our team full-time to help us elevate our clients' commercial needs for television and streaming. In this role, you will be responsible for concept development, capturing high-quality video content and editing that resonates with our clients' target audiences and enhances their brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Works with our Creative Director to develop advertising concepts: transforming ideas into a concrete plan that guides the production from pre-production to post-production
- Shoots video and produces content as necessary
- Edits videos to targeted length and specifications
- Handles and organizes raw and edited video files
- Edit video content, ensuring strong narrative flow, pacing, and visual impact
- Perform color correction, sound design, and motion enhancements to create polished, high-quality content
- Manage post-production workflows, file organization, and version control, ensuring efficiency and accessibility
- Optimize content for various formats, aspect ratios, and distribution channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
- Exports videos and facilitates mobile and web distribution
- Ensures compliance with different video platform standards (Streaming TV, TikTok, Meta, etc.)
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Monitor industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of video and sound editing, post-production experience, as well as motion graphics and animation
- Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom)
- Degree in Videography or related field
- Understanding of current advertising trends and editing principles
- Creative and innovative
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work through client edits and revisions until the project meets the client's satisfaction
- Strong portfolio showcasing past videography and editing work, including personal or client projects. Your portfolio should highlight creative execution, brand connectivity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Valid driver's license
