Job Description
The Director of Construction will lead the efforts on construction of renewable natural gas plants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, and knowledge and understanding of the RNG construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all phases of plant construction projects from planning through to execution, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Establish and maintain accurate project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure all construction meets industry standards and company expectations.
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and best practices.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
- Engage with engineering teams, project managers, and external partners to align construction efforts with overall project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.

Salary : $190,000 - $210,000
