Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Operator to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position that requires a willingness to learn and a commitment to safety culture. The Power Plant Operator will work closely with plant managers to conduct routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs at the RNG facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on major and ancillary equipment, including compressors, boilers, and generators.
- Record keeping, data gathering, permit posting, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Intermediate electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Operate and maintain the facility and all associated equipment in a safe, detailed, organized, and presentable manner.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of operations or related experience.
- Mechanical aptitude background.
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to establish and maintain confidential and effective working relationships.
