AD Energy Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Power Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in operations or a related field, with a strong mechanical aptitude background and established troubleshooting skills.
This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to operate and maintain the facility and all associated equipment in a safe, detailed, organized, and presentable manner.
The Power Plant Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on major and ancillary equipment at the RNG facility, as well as understanding and following compliance regulations.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can work effectively in a matrix organization and establish and maintain confidential and effective working relationships with supervisor, coworkers, management, and the public.
Preferred qualifications include trade school certification, high school diploma, or GED, and experience in industries such as renewable energy, gas processing, chemical, power, waste management, and/or environmental air quality.
