Summary
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ad hoc Research Associates. In this role, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions that support our clients' missions. This position is crucial in ensuring the success of our systems engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Develop Natural, SQL, JCL, Java, or JavaScript code.
Natural One SAG designer and XML experience is a plus.
Apply knowledge of fourth-generation programming languages.
Coordinate changes to Natural, JCL, or Java Applications.
Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard applications using accepted industry practices and/ or organizational policies.
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments as they relate to Natural/ADABAS, XML JCL, or Java/JavaScript
Plan and lead major technology assignments.
Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
May lead or supervise others.
