We are seeking a super energetic and outgoing person to work at our front desk! Dental Assistants with front desk experience or interested in being cross trained are encouraged to apply as well! You must have the ability and desire to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment while providing best in-class customer service. Getting all our patients healthy and a new smile with a focus on oral surgery and tooth replacement is our mission!
- Be the great first impression for all patients entering and calling the practice
- Check in and out
- Patient scheduling
- Insurance verification and claims processing
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Treatment planning and financing
- Cross training and other duties as assigned
- Assist the dentist during treatment procedures as needed
- Set-up/breakdown rooms
- Sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and rooms providing a clean and professional environment
- Provide patient with post-op instructions and oral care
- Experience with removable prosthodontics such as dentures and partials
- Experience with oral surgery
- High School Education or equivalent

Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining cash drawers.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance guest experiences.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise front desk operations during shifts as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.50 per hour
