Job Duties:
- Translate business needs into technical terms for IT.
- Process mapping and documentation.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document and understand data process flows.
- Conduct systems analysis.
- Work with Salesforce to analyze, customize, and optimize business processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills ability to engage with both Business and IT teams.
- Proficiency in SQL ability to work with query tables.
- Experience with Salesforce strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, workflows, and data structures.
- Ability to create detailed design documents and specifications.
- Strong analytical skills ability to interview business partners, ask the right questions, and organize findings effectively.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Quickly learn and understand business processes.
- Identify and analyze key metrics for business processes.
- Act as an advisor to align metrics with strategic goals.
- Map business requirements to data readiness, working closely with IT.
- Develop report mockups and data visualization strategies.
- Prepare requirement artifacts, including RSM, Data Elements, Use Cases, Scenarios, Report Mockups, etc.
- Leverage Salesforce to improve and automate business processes.
