We are an Independent Insurance Agency that specializes in Personal & Commercial Insurance. We have been in business since 2009 and have over 30 carriers. There are 3 agents in our office. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our insureds and strive to provide the absolute best customer service in the industry which in turn creates high retention within our Agency. Our goal is to make sure every person we speak with knows that they are the most important part of our Agency as we would not be in business without them. We are largely referral based including current clients and other agencies. Our office is a relaxed, family-oriented environment that operates at a very fast pace during business hours. We watch out for our policyholders and each other's best interest at all times. We are open Monday through Friday 9 : 00am - 4 : 00pm. Our 35-hour work week allows our agents to spend more time in the evening with their families. Agents are paid for time off during all major holidays (including bank holidays)

Description
This Agent / CSR is the first person to interact with our clients when they arrive at our office. A friendly and outgoing personality is essential. This is a non-commissioned, Licensed CSR position. Compensation ($700-$900) will be based on experience level for the first 90 days during training. After 90 days, the Agent / CSR salary will be determined based on job performance with annual reviews for compensation increases. If our agency receives performance bonuses from our carriers, they are split between agents. Our office is open from 9 : 00am to 4 : 00pm Monday through Friday. We have a 35 hour work week to enable our agents to spend more quality time with their families. We pay for 1 week of vacation during the first year and 2 weeks of vacation each following year. Dependability is a priority. The agent must have reliable transportation and back up child care when needed (if applicable).
