SUMMARY
As an Account Executive, you will grow your strategic marketing expertise and develop an understanding of our clients' businesses to help fuel innovative marketing ideas. You’ll stay informed on industry trends and become well-versed in the agency’s unique approach to marketing. In this role, you will play a key part in managing annual planning cycles and delivering top-notch work for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the project lead and primary point of contact across multiple client businesses, becoming an extension of the client’s marketing team.
- Ensure quality execution of project details, including briefs, timelines, and budgets. Anticipate and adjust processes as needed to deliver optimal outcomes on time and within budget.
- Manage client budgets and oversee monthly billing, ensuring profitability and accuracy.
- Lead client and internal meetings, effectively managing both positive and challenging conversations while setting clear expectations.
- Participate in internal committees and support new business pitches.
- Build trust and respect with clients through consistent, clear communication. Review and approve client correspondence and ensure all internal teams are aligned.
- Foster synergy between departments, including digital, creative, media, public relations & social, and research teams, to ensure fully integrated strategies.
- Supervise the work of supporting account staff and contribute to the training and development of junior team members.
