- Lead strategy and execution across digital campaigns focused in paid social, paid search and programmatic, driving performance through strategic execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Provide clear strategic direction to develop and implement plans and tactics that are continuously optimized to meet key business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead and manage a growing team of digital channel specialists, fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented environment while offering consistent leadership and support.
- Engage with clients to build strong, in-depth relationships, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives, with a focus on paid social. Present regularly to clients on campaign performance and strategy.
- Manage the preparation and distribution of campaign performance reports, sharing insights with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Ensure that forecasting and budgeting for all channel activities are carefully managed and optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate the development of standard methodologies to enhance operational processes within the team and agency.
- Collaborate closely with other internal departments and account teams to design and execute fully integrated digital campaigns.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, diligence, and adherence to best practices throughout every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
- 6-8 years of relevant digital media investment experience inclusive of programmatic, paid search, paid social and Retail Media Network a plus, from either an agency or clientside.
- Extensive client-facing experience with a proven track record in relationship management.
- Prior experience in managing and mentoring a team, including the ability to train and develop junior staff while acting as a coach and leader.
- Proficiency in providing high-level insights and analysis across key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics.
- Deep knowledge of digital media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and manage time effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Passionate about staying current with digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices within the evolving digital landscape.
- Strategy and execution experience with The Trade Desk, Google Ads, CM360, Meta, etc.
- Expertise in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
