What You’ll Do:
As Customer Scheduling Lead, you’ll oversee all scheduling processes to ensure seamless service delivery for our customers. You’ll lead scheduling strategy, solve challenges, and continuously improve processes to support business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize schedules for equipment installations
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Assign jobs based on skill, availability, and project needs
- Proactively adjust schedules for changes and delays
- Own scheduling escalations and resolve conflicts
- Clearly communicate updates to technicians, clients, and leadership
- Track performance and identify process improvements
- Report on scheduling metrics and recommend enhancements
- Train team members and provide expert guidance in scheduling
- Review scheduling data for accuracy and drive process improvements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- 4 years in customer service or scheduling, with experience in a senior or lead role
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Typing proficiency (at least 40 WPM) and strong technology skills
