We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Field Services IT Technician to join our growing deployment team. What You’ll Do
- Install and configure Sharp copiers, printers, VOIP phones, and other workplace technology at client sites
- Deploy and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Test, connect, and ensure devices are properly communicating with the client’s network and systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide basic training to end-users on new systems
- Maintain thorough documentation of completed installations and technical configurations
- Travel locally to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle
- 1-3 years of IT or technical field service experience, preferably with office hardware or networking
- Familiarity with installing and configuring copiers, printers, or VOIP devices
- Experience in IT deployments, installations, or large-scale and small rollouts
- Proficiency in networking, hardware configurations, and system integrations
- Experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
- A certification is welcomed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/install large office equipment
