Promotional Product Sales Representative

Ad Spice is a provider of custom printed apparel, embroidery, or promotional products to local universities, business and not for profit organizations. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving sales growth in a B2B environment

Duties

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and referrals in an organized, timely manner
• Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Engage with internal teams, including sales support and production to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Provide regular updates on the status of prospects and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of industrial sales or B2B sales experience required, with industry experience in apparel, embroidery and promotional products preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and presentation skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
