We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Determine and present the best options for the homeowner to serve their roofing needs.
- Write and review contracts.
- Input all aspects of the sales process into the company CRM program.
- Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff, and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process.
- Create your own schedule to optimize your success.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of sales experience required.
- Must be able to physically climb a ladder and walk a roof.
- Must have basic technological skills to operate an iPad.
- Must be eligible to become a notary.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be well organized to keep track of daily appointments and leads in order to be punctual to all appointments.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
