Call Center Representative
Wildwood, FL
$14.05/hr.
Hours: 3rd shift - midnight - 8 a.m. - flex shift.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma
One (1) year general clerical Call Center, or customer service experience
Experience answering multi-line phone
Valid Florida Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the insurance provider.
Essential Job functions:
1.Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, take messages or scheduling appointments.
2.Inputs various data into computer using word-processing based software. Accesses, inputs, and retrieves information from a computer.
3.Performs routine office duties including, but not limited to, research and retrieval of records.
4.Regular Attendance. Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and may include a weekend day. Must be flexible. This will be a 40 hour a week position. 5 day will be flexed as needed.
