Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person support to walk-in clients, assisting with the completion of online applications.
- Scan, upload, and manage documents required for applications.
- Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
- Work closely with clients to ensure accurate and thorough application submissions.
- Offer guidance and support to clients navigating the process for rent, mortgage, and utility assistance.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of in-person customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to empathize and work effectively with individuals in need.
Desired Skills:
