Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan paper medical records using office equipment
- Organize, label, and upload scanned documents into the electronic system
- Perform data entry of patient information with attention to detail
- Ensure all files are correctly categorized and stored
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
