What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant position at Ada Adult Medicine Clinic?
We are seeking a new team member to staff our nursing team and lab draw station. Ideal candidate will have excellent typing and computer skills and have an eager friendly attitude to put our veteran patients at ease. COVID and flu vaccinations are required. Must pass background check as we are contracted by OKC VA to provide local primary care.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Phlebotomy: 1 year (Preferred)
- Patient Care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred)
- Oklahoma LPN License (Preferred)
- Medical Assistant Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Ada, OK 74820: Relocate before starting work (Required)
