Responsibilities:
- Operate various heavy equipment and vehicles to maintain and repair roadways, including dump trucks, bucket trucks, and paint marking vehicles.
- Mark roadways with striping, crosswalks, arrows, bike lanes, and raised pavement markers using specialized equipment.
- Assist in sign installation, making, and performing skilled work, manual labor, and operating light- to heavy-duty maintenance equipment.
- Work in the traffic signal shop as needed for various projects and tasks.
Requirements:
- Current Idaho Class A CDL license.
- Tanker endorsement within 30 days of start of employment.
- Knowledge of road markings, sign installation, and other road maintenance techniques.
