**Job Description:
The Traffic Management Coordinator will be responsible for supervising the activities and staff of the Traffic Operations Department at Ada County Highway District. This includes preparing and managing fiscal budgets for the section and assisting in preparing funding proposals.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the work of engineers and technicians in the Congestion Management section of the Traffic Operations Department.
- Prepare and manage fiscal budgets for the section and assist in preparing funding proposals.
- Oversee the design and construction of ITS, TMC operations, and other traffic control system projects.
**Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Traffic Engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to supervise the work of engineers and technicians.
