Crew Chief – Utility Crew
We are currently accepting applications for a Crew Chief position on the Cloverdale Utility Crew in the Maintenance Division of the Ada County Highway District.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role offering a salary range of $29.80 - $34.30 per hour, DOQ.

About the Role:
- As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance operations personnel engaged in concrete repair and replacement, drainage, irrigation, and utility repairs.
- You will need to ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and assist in budget preparation.
- Additionally, you will estimate costs of material, labor, and equipment for maintenance activities and train crew members.
- When necessary, you will contract jobs with local contractors.
Requirements:
- A current Idaho Class A CDL license is mandatory.
- Previous supervisory experience and the ability to operate all equipment associated with the performance of assigned tasks are necessary.
- General computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and the internet, are also required.
