Maintenance Operations Team Lead
The Ada County Highway District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Crew Chief on our Broom Crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance operations team members and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including street sweeping projects.
- Assist in budget preparation and estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Train and instruct crew members on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- A current Class A CDL license.
- Excellent computer knowledge and recordkeeping skills.
- Prior supervisory experience in roadway construction and maintenance.
- Ability to operate various equipment associated with maintenance tasks.
- Customer service experience is essential.
