Job Summary
The Ada County Highway District is seeking a skilled Traffic Analyst to join our team in the Traffic Engineering section.
This full-time, non-exempt position offers a competitive wage range of $20.80 – $23.90 per hour, DOQ, along with an excellent benefit package including medical, vision and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and membership in the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Traffic Engineer in analyzing, developing, and operating traffic safety on all Ada County residential streets.
- Conduct traffic surveys, tabulate results, and provide public inquiry support for traffic-related concerns.
- Work closely with residents, Neighborhood Associations, and other government agencies to address traffic concerns on local streets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining, organizing, and analyzing traffic data, investigating citizen concerns and requests, and preparing work orders for approval by the Traffic Engineering Supervisor.
Salary : $21 - $24
