Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at [Hotel Name]. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from guests.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system as necessary.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of transactions.
- Provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the front desk supervisor or hotel management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, or similar) and basic computer skills.
