Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join the Global Marketing & Communications team at Ada Infrastructure. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of marketing and sales, supporting a variety of key initiatives that help drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility. As a Marketing Associate, you will manage and execute marketing events, campaigns, support sales teams, oversee social media efforts, and work on strategic community engagement projects. This position requires someone with strong project management skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, webinars, client meetings, and industry conferences. Responsibilities include handling logistics, event promotion, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up to ensure optimal participation and ROI.
- Collaborate with Leadership and Sales teams to ensure events align with business goals and effectively promote our services and solutions.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement on digital platforms.
- Monitor social media trends within the data center industry and create content that positions the company as an industry thought leader.
- Assist with the management of the Salesforce Pardot platform, including campaign creation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Pardot-driven campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned, including content development, marketing research, competitive analysis, and other cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Provide general admin support such as meeting coordination, expense reports, etc. as needed
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company’s goals, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
