Summary
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Global Accounts Payable to streamline and enhance our AP processes. Under the direction of the Global Finance Manager, your initial focus will be in the US, with an expectation of organic global expansion. An effective and strategic thinker, you’ll intuitively connect the dots between vendor communications, cash forecasting, and payment workflows. This is a unique opportunity to influence accounts payable procedures, contribute to a growing team, and drive operational excellence on a global scale.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices into the accounts payable system
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and internal department requests related to accounts payable
- Review and reconcile accounts payable general ledger account balances
- Prepare and process journal entries related to accounts payable and T&E
- Assist with vendor onboarding and perform wire callback verifications
- Monitor cash balances and prepare cash forecasts
- Develop, document, and refine global accounts payable processes
- Assist with additional tasks and projects that arise, including process improvements, vendor management, or system integrations
