Basic Function : Under minimal supervision, provides highly complex and frequently fast and all rounded Data entry / synchronization management involving transponder transmission service. The Data management specialist will actively process, replace, test transponders, make status adjustments, and update database related to transponder fulfillment services.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities :
- Conducts ongoing operational information by uploading and downloading to and from the Illinois Tollway customer service center :
- Delivers all related services or adjustments required for each situation of the fulfillment activities.
- Addresses inquiries coming from both the Tollway customer service center and individual patrons using postal service, web-based transactions, and / or interfaces using e-mails or telephones.
- Tracks and provides current status of customer account and conducts multi-faceted account queries and updates in line to keep all transactions efficient and current.
- Assesses internal supplies for adequacy and requisitions for more inventory level of supplies in the stock :
- Prepares supply purchase orders for approval by the project manager.
- Collaborates with Quality Control Specialist when coordinating and meeting the quality, status and inventory management of transponder fulfillment services.
- Participates in developing systems and methods to make daily productivity efficient, and selects, applies and organizes appropriate steps in managing highly technical transponder fulfillment services.
- Plans and organizes workflow to ensure completion of urgent or high priority projects and scheduled deadlines of the daily quota and the assignments of the Tollway and efficiency standards.

The position requires strong interpersonal and professional communication, presented through written, oral, and multi-media. In performing duties, the employee frequently uses hand-to-finger movement. Physical activities, such as standing, writing on blackboards, talking, listening, and mediating discussions in a group setting, occur frequently. The employee may also be involved in movements that require strength, agility, and mobility for pulling, carrying, or lifting 20-25 pounds.
Environmental Conditions : The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Duties are performed in a typical office environment. No unusual or adverse working conditions exist.
