Role Overview
As a Growth Team Intern, you will work closely with our dedicated team, led by the Director, Growth & Development, to delve into various aspects of social media marketing, reporting, and performance analytics. This internship is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in growth marketing, social media platforms, and the intersection of creativity and data.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy, focusing on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more.
Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media channels.
Dive into reporting tasks, covering areas like fraud detection, player data analysis, and general reporting needs.
Collaborate with our Media Strategists on campaign analysis and pulling reports related to monetization efforts.
Learn and participate in optimizing user acquisition campaigns, working towards the goal of setting up and running a campaign on Facebook independently.
Work with tools like CleverTap to handle data related to user engagement and campaign performance.
Familiarize yourself with CRM tools, particularly CleverTap, and identify gaps in data to contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the creative and data-driven aspects of marketing projects.
Develop and apply proficiency in Excel for various reporting and analytical tasks.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency with Excel and a keen interest in data-driven marketing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
A go-getter mentality, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative flair and a passion for exploring the intersection of marketing and analytics.
Internship Details
Hours: ~20 hours per week (unpaid)
Duration: Summer 2024 (typically May through August with flexibility)
