Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and organized Servicing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to customers and clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism over the phone, e-mail, and through the mail.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls, outgoing calls, and communicating with customers, clients, and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer & client interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Set up new payment plans with customers.
- Collect, post, and balance payments on accounts.
- Report creation, review, and submissions to government offices.
- Mail Processing
- Monthly Audits
- Coordinate with outside attorneys and government offices.
- Provide backup and assistance to team members and the operations department.
Experience
- Administrative skills to include proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable spending a substantial amount of time on the phone.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Reliability and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Experience working in collections is helpful but not a requirement. Call center experience is also a benefit.
This position offers competitive pay based on experience, a full benefits package, and casual dress.
