Duties
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and medications.
- Perform venipuncture and IV insertion as required for patient care.
- Provide health coaching to patients, educating them on managing their conditions and promoting wellness.
- Assist with memory care for patients with cognitive impairments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Conduct routine assessments of patients' health status, documenting findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support occupational health initiatives by conducting health screenings and assessments.
- Provide assistance in ophthalmology procedures as needed.
