Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – SAP Finance to lead our SAP Finance (FI/CO) initiatives, including implementation, optimization, and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financials, business process improvement, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead SAP Finance strategy, design, and delivery across global/regional deployments
* Manage full lifecycle SAP Finance implementations and enhancements (FI, CO, Asset Accounting, AP/AR, GL, etc.)
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and translate into SAP solutions
* Serve as subject matter expert on SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and best practices
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations
* Manage a team of SAP Finance consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, HR, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
* Develop and maintain documentation, roadmaps, and training materials
* Provide oversight during data migration, testing, and cutover activities

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
* 10 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO), with at least 3 years in a leadership role
* Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
* In-depth knowledge of finance and controlling processes: GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, etc.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

* SAP Certification in FI or S/4HANA Finance
* Experience in global rollout and template design
* Knowledge of integration points with SD, MM, and HR
* Familiarity with SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
