Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow modules across the organization with a strong emphasis on GDPR compliance and data privacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning ServiceNow architecture with business goals while ensuring regulatory and data protection standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Implement and customize ServiceNow modules with privacy-by-design principles.
Ensure GDPR compliance across all ServiceNow processes, including data minimization, consent management, data subject rights, and audit trails.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, security, and data governance teams to ensure all modules meet privacy and regulatory requirements.
Define and enforce data handling, retention, encryption, and access control policies within the platform.
Provide guidance on secure integrations with third-party systems.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and governance policies.
Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators on best practices and compliance guidelines.
Participate in change management and risk assessments related to ServiceNow enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform development.
Proven experience with ServiceNow module implementation (e.g., ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD).
Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with data mapping, encryption, masking, and anonymization techniques.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one or more of the following:
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, GRC, SecOps
Certified Application Developer
Experience with integration tools and technologies: REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
Knowledge of other compliance frameworks (HIPAA, ISO 27001, CCPA).
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
